Dining at La Villa de Mazamet is a culinary treat, helped by an abundance of fresh, locally produced ingredients we buy from the various markets in the Town.
Our dining room, on the ground floor, is a beautiful light-filled room with a replica Louis XIVth fireplace as its centrepiece. During the summer months we open the doors leading to the garden and often serve dinner by the pool side.
Start your day off with French favourites, pain au raison, croissants & pain au chocolate that we collect from our local baker at 7.30am.
Accompanied by a choice of cereals, fresh fruits, cheese, ham, preserves, and a selection of juices, teas, infusions & Nespresso™ coffee 'as you like it' - this is the La Villa de Mazamet breakfast which is included in our room rates.
If you are spending a day by the pool, in addition to our honesty bar stocked with cold drinks & ice-creams, we also serve poolside platters daily from Noon until 4pm.
Cheeses, charcuterie, roasted peppers, olives, a side salad, fresh bread and a choice of wine or beer for just 25€ per couple.
We serve a four-course table d'hôte dinner each evening* at 8pm.
Seasonal menus use the best locally sourced ingredients from our markets, suppliers & our garden.
The dishes we serve are French-Mediterranean in style, packed with flavour and produced fresh each day in our kitchen at La Villa.
Our table d'hote dinner includes starter, main course, cheese selection & dessert for 35€ pp. We are happy to cater for most dietary requirements when notified at the time of booking **.

** Due to the nature of serving a single table d’hôte menu, we are sorry that we are unable to cater for guests with a vegan diet. Please also note that that whilst we cater for guests with nut and other food allergies/intolerances; nuts, wheat, lactose and other potential allergens are regularly used in our kitchen and served on the breakfast buffet.
